Sit down gather your bearings and get back up try again. build stamina with each class and watch your body improve with consistency. Use the app to Reschedule your class at the time of cancelling! No SHOW no refunds!!!

Cancellation Policy

You are TOTALLY responsible for your account. Use the WIX app the schedule/reschedule or cancel your classes. Any canceled classes must be rescheduled at the time of canceling. Auto debit members must cancel their membership via the Wix app. No refunds or Class Exchanges or class package sharing. Thank you
