Free Hot Yoga Class Designed for Men

YES!, MEN DO YOGA! There is a misconception about who can do yoga. Many men think that they're not flexible enough to do yoga. Some seem to think that they can't get a proper work out doing yoga, or that "yoga is for girls." However, the truth is yoga makes you flexible, it is truly is a challenging workout, and yoga is for EVERYONE. The hard part is getting men in yoga classes so in an effort to encourage more men to seek yoga, we offer a free class and a pleasant experience to keep them coming back for more.

Class is designed to target the troubled areas of the male body.

We start with a gentle breathing exercise while lying on the floor, this allows for cleansing the blood and getting it circulating. We follow with gentle warm up stretches to warm up the joints​. After warming up we turn it up a notch and get the body going. Lots of hip openers, spine twists and forward folding. The sweat starts to pour and the toxins release. No worries, enjoy the release and relax after all the hard work. We end with a brief meditation with affirmations.
