Yoga etiquette

Thank you so much for being considerate of the rules at Choose Again Yoga. One of the major rules are

“WE start on time and We Lock the doors” You all know how it feels to be in a groove and be violently disturbed. Although we pratice staying “undistracted” there comes a time when we can be proactive and eliminate some distractions intentionally. Once class starts and we find our groove, there’s no stopping. This has been the rule since established in 2011 and why registration is so important. Which brings us to another one of our rules… “REGISTER ONLINE” This helps us to know who to expect ahead of time and we can prepare to slow down the warm up pending your potential late arrival. Most of you adhere and have no problems which s AWESOME. (Thank you) but i just want you all to know why we do what we do. Its all for the BEST YOGA experience ever!
