Request Heated or Non Heated----- Bring your up to 15 of your closest friends for an unique yoga experience..This good be a great first time experience for those wanting to try yoga but was perhaps to scared or shy. The intention is to create a safe atmosphere conducive to healing. We strive to cultivate union with your mind and body and affirm change and awareness as an outcome. Class is very therapeutic yet, challenging,We ending with a relaxing meditation. After class you can serve refreshments (Wine and cheese/fruit snack trays.)

Cancellation Policy

You are TOTALLY responsible for your account. Use the WIX app the schedule/reschedule or cancel your classes. Any canceled classes must be rescheduled at the time of canceling. Auto debit members must cancel their membership via the Wix app. No refunds or Class Exchanges or class package sharing. Thank you
