CLASSES WE OFFER
Focus on the present moment. Be still and Know! This class has minimal movement. It is a guided meditation. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts. Increase your self control and ability to deal with stress.
This particular class is Christian themed and donation based. Basically, It opens with an inspirational word or scripture and done to a gospel soundtrack. This is a non-heated beginner yoga class. Some props and the wall may be used.
This popular class is 90 minutes long. It is divided into 45 minutes standing and 45 minutes on the floor. Some poses are held 20-40 seconds. Total body workout form top to bottom and inside out. Please drink plenty of water and come prepared to stay the entire class
