BEGINNER HOT YOGA

Monday 5:30am & 8:30am, Wednesday 7:00pm

Thursday 7:00pm (Broga)


Focus on the present moment. The poses are described step by step so that beginners feel confident and comfortable. The room is heated and the humidity is high so be prepared to sweat. Lots of kid section twisting so no eating before class. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Feel challenged and relaxed. Hmmm how is that?

HOT POWER YOGA FLOW (VINYASA )

Monday 7:00, Wednesday 8:30am 

Friday 8:30am

This popular class is definitely a challenge! It based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Poses are done non stop for 30 minutes and sequenced to “flow” together. So if you need to rest, you have to do so yourself, (if needed).  All of the classes at Choose Again Yoga attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. It truly is about healing!!!

SEVA YOGA (DONATION BASED)

Tuesday's 5:30am

This particular class is Christian themed and donation based. Basically, It is a beginner yoga class that opens with an inspirational word or scripture and the class is performed while gospel soundtrack plays in the background. This is  a non-heated class where some props and or the wall may be used. Nice intro to yoga for a “believer”. Seek ye first! First fruits early in the morning.

YOGA FOR ROOKIES

Tuesday 11:00am and 7pm

This particular class is non-heated. These  beginners class include basic balancing poses and lots of popular poses to help build a strong core from which one can transition into more challenging poses. The diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. Be a better YOU!

BROGA (FREE FOR MEN)

Thursday  7pm

This particular heated beginner class is designed with the man in mind. Giving men an outlet to find peace and deep connection to “self”. The class allows for relief physically, mentally and emotionally. Although women are allowed, the class really focuses on the popular complaints with the male body like tight hamstrings, low libido, tight lower back and  mental stress relief. There  also has to be a great physical challenge for those brothers that think yoga is for sisters or that they work out already  because they lift weights.(as if that’s the same thing) However, with this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, build stamina, while also remaining mindful in every “act” you perform. Oh yeah, yoga is great for stamina! 

RESTORATIVE (YIN) YOGA

Thursday 11:00am Friday 5:30am 
Sunday 3pm

This is a popular class at Choose Again that is non heated very beginner Yoga class perfect for the novice yogi. This class is diverse with senior citizen and athletes. Great class for pregnant women or the obese. This class stresses the importance of self love and healing. The entire class is executed on the floor so get comfortable. Props are provided (blankets, blocks, straps bolsters) for your ultimate ease and relaxation. Please be prepared to not do much at all but “BE STILL AND KNOW” with a long stretch here and there. Ahhhhhh just what I needed.

BARRE PILATES 

Tuesday 6:15pm

This class is a challenge. Seriously don’t be scared! We do squats and pliés. Hold on and be brave! Grab a pair of weights, magic ring or a weight ball and give this arms all the love the NEED! Sometimes we use the wall and sometimes we use the ballet barre however, no mercy is shown. Meet me at the BARRE! Bring your abs and courage  with you.

34 POSTURES

Saturday's 8:30am

This popular class is 90 minutes long. It is divided into 45 minutes standing and 45 minutes on the floor. Some poses are held 20-40 seconds.  Total body workout form top to bottom and inside out. Please drink plenty of water and come prepared to stay the entire class
